24/Cefinn - Antonia O'Brien
To kick of London Fashion Week, we caught up with fashion journalist and presenter Antonia O’Brien to talk fashion and what she loves about Cefinn.
"I have always admired Cefinn’s classic cuts and feminine silhouettes but it wasn’t until I wore the clothes that I understood the brand. From the weight of the Whitney tailored trousers that fall just right to the weightlessness of the Ava ruffled shirt and the softness of their Christie knit; it’s a brand to please every woman who likes to touch, feel and enjoy wearing their clothes."
"Head-to-toe navy looks so sleek and expensive, it’s a fail safe look. In terms of accessories I’m a big believer in buying less but buying better; I wear this Gucci Soho with everything and to anything. The seventies trend is a favourite look of mine and here it’s the mix of a sharp collar and wide-leg tailoring that makes a quietly retro statement."
"The Logan check blazer is having a moment but it has always been a staple in my wardrobe; sharp but casual meaning it adds a bit of texture and polish to every outfit."
"The swish, weight and draping of the Alix skirt really caught my attention; the Techni Voile fabric is divine and it manages to be both modern and sophisticated - it’s the wardrobe staple I didn’t know I needed! I have an extensive collection of pearl clips and slides; they make a grown up look more girly or a boyish look that bit more feminine. There’s something I really love about mixing unexpected accessories and outfits, like here, it’s not really a bumbag sort of look but I like that."
