The Alicia Hat is a navy straw parisisal button, trimmed with ice blue and navy silk flowers with a sweeping quill to give height. This style of hat is very easy to wear and compliments all types of outfits. It is best worn on the left, sweeping the eyebrow and has an elastic and a comb to keep in place.
